Standard Purging: User registration tokens, device UUIDs, dynamic search sessions, and UI preferences are absolutely wiped from our systems during deactivation.
SEBI Regulatory Retention: As per SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, we are legally mandated to preserve compliance documentation, tax invoices, onboarding KYC records, and billing logs for a minimum duration of 5 Years. This archiving prevents regulatory audits failure and cannot be overridden by standard data deletion requests.
